From Bridgeland to Towne Lake, we design and build patios, pools, outdoor kitchens and masonry across Cypress — and handle every Harris County and HOA permit along the way. Katy-based, licensed & insured, and hands-on from the first walkthrough to the final detail.
Cypress is practically our backyard. We're based in Katy, minutes from Cy-Fair, so getting to your project — for the consultation, the build, and every check-in — is easy. You get the same owner-run craftsmanship and clear pricing our Katy neighbors count on, without the runaround of a crew driving in from across town.
Patio, pool, kitchen, and the masonry that ties it all together — designed, permitted, and built by a single accountable team. Tap any service to see how we do it.
Gabled and flat covers with stained tongue-and-groove or coffered ceilings, brick columns, TV walls, fans and lighting — built to shrug off the Cypress heat and storms.
Freeform and geometric pools, raised spas, cascading water features and stone decking — engineered for Cypress lots and finished to match your patio.
Built-in grills, stone bars, counter seating and masonry islands — built right into your patio so your Cypress backyard is made to host.
Columns, seat walls, veneers, fireplaces and TV walls in real brick and stone. Masonry is where we started — it's the detail that makes a build last.
Decorative stamped and stained concrete for patios, walkways and pool decks — the durable, low-maintenance choice for busy Cypress backyards.
Paver and travertine patios, driveways and pool surrounds — cool underfoot, easy to repair, and laid on a base built for Cypress clay soil.
Cypress backyards come with their own rulebook — Harris County permits, big master-planned HOAs, and that shifting Gulf Coast clay. We build with all three in mind, so your project is approved, on time, and standing straight for years.
We pull every county and city permit and provide engineer-backed plans wherever they're required — you don't chase a single form.
From Bridgeland to Coles Crossing, we design to your community's guidelines and submit the HOA paperwork for approval on your behalf.
Proper footings, base prep and drainage built for Cypress's expansive clay — so patios, decks and columns don't crack or settle.
We build outdoor living spaces throughout Cypress and the Cy-Fair ISD area — including the big master-planned communities like Bridgeland, Fairfield, Towne Lake, Coles Crossing, Blackhorse Ranch, Miramesa, Cypress Creek Lakes, Stone Gate and Lakeland Village. If you're in a Cypress HOA, chances are we've built to its guidelines before — and if we haven't, we'll learn them before we submit a thing.

PoolsYes. We build throughout Cypress and the Cy-Fair area, including Bridgeland, Fairfield, Towne Lake, Coles Crossing, Blackhorse Ranch, Miramesa, Cypress Creek Lakes, Stone Gate and Lakeland Village. If your neighborhood isn't listed, just give us a call — we almost certainly cover it, and we'll tell you straight if we don't.
Most of Cypress is unincorporated Harris County, so permits typically run through the county rather than a city hall — and pools, covers and larger masonry work usually require them. We handle all of it, including engineer-backed plans where they're needed. You don't have to figure out which office to call; that's our job.
Cypress sits on expansive Gulf Coast clay that swells and shrinks with the weather, which is what cracks patios and settles columns when a build is rushed. We plan for it — proper footings and pier depth, a compacted base, control joints, and drainage that moves water away from the structure — so your patio, deck and masonry stay level and solid for the long haul.
It depends on the scope. Many patio covers are finished in about 6 business days once we're on site. Pools, outdoor kitchens and full-backyard builds take longer, and HOA and county approval adds some lead time up front. We give you a clear, realistic timeline with your quote so you always know what to expect.
Yes. Cypress's master-planned communities have strict architectural guidelines, and we design to them from the start. We prepare and submit the HOA paperwork — plans, materials, and drawings — so your project gets approved without you playing middleman between us and the committee.
