It depends on where your home sits. Katy straddles three counties, so a project may need City of Katy permits or Fort Bend, Harris or Waller county permits — and pools and structures usually require engineered plans. Most homes also need HOA architectural approval on top of that. We figure out exactly which apply to your address and handle all of it for you.
